The song was written, Suzy admits, on a day when she couldn't face her day job at the time, so she stayed home to write a song instead.

The Hunter and Suzy Owens Band is currently resident at the Balmain Bowling Club, every second Friday night at 8pm. Not too smokey (plenty of fans) and good bistro.

The normal five piece line up is Hunter (guitar and vocals), Suzy (bass and vocals), plus Jake Lardot on lead guitar, either Mike Kerin fiddle or Tomi Grasso on pedal steel, and Doug Bligh on drums, plus guest acts and occasional amazing surprizes.
