In most of these cases Google returns an empty string, but in some cases there is no search string provided at all. From a browser point of view, I am now seeing "not provided" via Firefox 56%, Chrome 35%, IE 17%, Opera 12% and Safari 2%. All these percentages are up on previous results. The "Others" category is not growing. But the on-line industry magazines are full of gossip about a proposed Facebook search engine. Don't hold your breath while waiting. =============================== ============================
