Latest Stats as at 19/6/2009 ============================ These figures cover the 15-day period 1/6/2009 to 15/6/2009. Some important things: (1) A fault has been found in the code that groups hits into visits. The fault happened from mid May and as a result, most of the figures for May 16-31 have been recalculated, but earlier figures are ok. (2) On the 17th June, everything moved to a new hosting company. However, there are problems with the new raw log files, and this could well be the last issue of these statistics. (3) The drop in the percentage of XP that was announced two weeks ago is incorrect. Revised figures are below. The Bing Blip. ============== Bing had a lot of publicity for a few days, but things soon reverted to normal. Here are some comparative percentages, with the results grouped into periods of three days:- May 23-24-25: Bing 2.7 May 26-27-28: Bing 4.1 May 29-30-31: Bing 2.7 June 1-2-3: Bing 3.6 June 4-5-6: Bing 3.2 June 7-8-9: Bing 3.4 June 10-11-12: Bing 3.0 June 13-14-15: Bing 3.3 The total number of searches is only about 1200 per three days and is too small for reliable analysis.
